Bethany Home is an independent, non-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation provider located near Wayland Square on Providence’s East Side. Situated on a 55+, wooded campus with our neighbor Medway Place, Bethany Home of Rhode Island is a vital member of the community we serve.
