UPP Arts (UPP) engages artists and communities in public art-making for the purpose of celebrating and building stewardship of our shared environment. UPP increases institutional and community capacity to understand and solve environmental and human health problems in Providence and Cranston Rhode Island (currently), through our cross-disciplinary, place-based education and community activism intersecting art, history and environmental science.
