The Bread Lab, located in historic Hope Artiste Village, is Pawtucket's newest restaurant. Serving up creative comfort food, The Bread Lab offers a full menu ranging from fresh salads, hot and cold sandwiches, to flatbread pizzas, delicious burgers served with our signature Hush Puppies, creamy Lobster Mac n'Cheese and more! Everything is made in house, and made to order. The Bread Lab also features an on-site bakery where, in view of the dining room, you can watch the bakers hand-craft the very loaves, rolls, and treats you will be enjoying from the menu, as well as a full bar specializing in craft beers, wines, and cocktails.
