The Salad Man and Juice Bar Food Truck is Rhode Islands healthy food truck. We offer fresh build your own salads, rice bowl and wraps with more than fifteen different toppings including roasted chicken and fresh shrimp. Along with our fresh meals we offer refreshing juice and smoothies using super food ingredients. We offer raw vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options for our customers. Our goal is to prove that healthy food can also taste amazing. The Salad Man and Juice Bar plans on being a major contributor to a massive health shift for our nation.
