The ‘Avenue Concept’ is a street-art inspired public art program that gives RI positive options to recurrent RI challenges with public vandalism. This innovative approach is used to mentor local underserved artists on positive ways to utilize their talents and engage their communities. By creating a legal avenues and pioneering ideas to further develop the artistic skills of these local artists, the avenue creates young leaders who inspire and create positive change.
