Located in the Smith Hill area of Providence, RI we are known for our ability to create spaces that embody each client’s design style in exceptional and creative ways. We are a forward-thinking group of young designers whose sole desire is to maximize design and space potential both thoughtfully and beautifully.

Our team of designers is comprised of multi-talented individuals with backgrounds that range from the fashion industry, retail merchandising and design, high-end residential design and boutique commercial design. As an office we offer comprehensive design services from project conception to completion, always conscientious of each client’s needs, desires and budget.

Owner and Principal Designer, Lisa Foster, has a comprehensive fine art and design background. Lisa earned her BFA from the University of Michigan. After several years working for the fashion industry in New York, Lisa returned to school to earn her Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture from the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design in Providence. She founded Reconstructure in 2005 where she turned her attention to designing environments, the ultimate culmination of multi-layered design. NCIDQ certified, Lisa and the team are currently working on high-end interior projects from Martha’s Vineyard to Florida.
