ALRI Meet the Artist

ALRI Meet the Artist

Presented by Art League of Rhode Island at The Gallery @ The Vets

At The VETS Gallery and in conjunction with ALRI’s current exhibit, Beyond Choreography – visual interpretations of movement,  four exhibiting artists will be available to meet with the public and offer aspects of their art making.

Barbara Harris began her career teaching art in the Massachusetts public schools, teaching art history at Westfield State College and Boston University, and by drawing and painting as a graduate student at the University of Massachusetts. She then turned toward her more analytic side and studied law, clerked for a federal judge, and worked as a lawyer for over 25 years. Harris serves as the president of the Providence Rotary Club and paints on a daily basis. www.barbaraharrisart.com
