Recording and touring non-stop since 1971, Fowler and Shulman have accumulated notable awards, accolades and TV and radio appearances that include the David Letterman Show, World CafĂ© Live, and the King Biscuit Flour Hour, and have graced countless stages including those of Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. In 1999, they were the subjects of a documentary that aired on PBS. Their 1972 self-titled debut on Elektra Records and three subsequent albums for RCA Records were staples of progressive FM & college radio, helping to bring the music of the 60s into the ’70s and beyond. Since then, they have accumulated 45 years of awards, accolades and TV & radio appearances, and are still defined by their intelligent songwriting, dazzling acoustic lead guitar & inspiring harmonies. ATS continues to be one of acoustic music’s most respected & enduring acts.
