Voter Registration Day

Presented by The Stephen Hopkins House at The Stephen Hopkins House

Rhode Island’s League of Women Voters and Colonial Dames have teamed up in a collaboration of historic and modern-day patriotism.

The League will register voters at the 1707&1742 home of Stephen Hopkins, ten-time colonial Governor and Signer of the Declaration of Independence, on the Benefit Street “Mile of History” in Providence, Rhode Island.

Citizens from around the state, as young as 16, may register. Current election information will be available, and registered voters may make changes of address, name & marital status. No photo ID required.

Free guided tours of the Stephen Hopkins House, offered every Saturday from May through November, will be available throughout the day.
