Chase the blues away as Imago Foundation for the Arts (IFA) welcomes the hot jazz of John Birt and Dylan Harley at 4 p.m. Sunday, December 11 at Imago Gallery, 36 Market Street, Warren, RI. Doors open at 3:30 p.m.
This dynamic duo of dueling guitars performs the gypsy jazz of Django Reinhardt, the blues of Billie Holiday and Louis Armstrong, original music, and reworkings of pop/classic rock. After the concert, stroll down to the arc{hive} book + snackery’s Second Sunday Supper Club, just up the street from Imago at 4 Market Street. The December 11 menu features tacos by Nick-a-Nees’ own Jessie Donnelly.
