Building Creative Community: A Conversation for B/I/POC Creatives

Building Creative Community: A Conversation for B/I/POC Creatives

Presented by What Cheer Writers Club at Haus of Glitter

What communities exist in Rhode Island to support the work of B/I/POC creatives? Join What Cheer Writers Club for a conversation by and for creatives of color, hosted by the Club’s B/I/POC Advisory Committee at Haus of Glitter’s Liberation Garden on Fri, June 3 at 6:30pm.

Learn about local resources and events that raise awareness of the POC experience, bringing imagination and creative practice to issues of activism and social justice. After sharing resources and inspiration, we’ll spend time writing and brainstorming with likeminded creatives about the ways we can support our collective work.
