March 15 Book Signing/Lecture: CRANSTON THROUGH TIME

March 15 Book Signing/Lecture: CRANSTON THROUGH TIME

Presented by Cranston Historical Society at Cranston Historical Society

Lecture & Book Signing: CRANSTON THROUGH TIME on MARCH 15 at 7pm — at the historic Governor Sprague Mansion Museum.  Cranston Historical Society invites you to a presentation and book signing of: Cranston Through Time  ~ Coauthored by CHS President Sandra Moyer and member Janet Ragno.

The book debuted in 2019, but unfortunately, by the time the date of CHS membership meeting for the presentation, the whole state was shut down by COVID and we never had a chance to make a public introduction. Join CHS at 7pm on March 15 when Sandra and Jan will share the makings of the book in an entertaining and fun way.  Each page of the book has a vintage photo of Cranston coupled with a modern photo of how the site now looks. See if you remember some of these sites.  Books will be available for purchase at a special price of $20.00.  As usual, all proceeds will go to the Cranston Historical Society.

Host your next special event, meeting ~ or tea at the Governor Sprague Mansion.    Call for available dates (401) 944-9226.

The Cranston Historical Society is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) educational and historic preservation organization which includes the Governor Sprague Mansion Museum and colonial Joy Homestead. Visit: www.cranstonhistoricalsociety.org / www.facebook.com/cranstonhistoricalsociety
