A collaborative block party between Nowell Academy, AS220 Art and Justice Community Organizer Program, and AS220 Future Worlds Apprentice Program where young people celebrate the end of a pandemic year, perform, and display their art work!
Nowell Academy, a high school in downtown Providence in collaboration with two AS220 programs, Art and Justice Community Organizing and Future Worlds are putting on a block party to express different things theyve learned in the social justice arena using different mediums of art such as performance, spoken word, and many visual art mediums! Coming together to vibe, sing, dance, and celebrate life.
