About this Event
Hosted virtually this month by Lee Smith from Mount Pleasant Library, we gladly welcome Doug Tallamy to join us and discuss his upcoming book, The Nature of Oaks on Monday, June 14th at 6PM. It’s “an affectionate yet scientifically rich look” (Kirkus) at one of the ancient cornerstones of ecosystems throughout the United States—the oak tree. The Nature of Oaks will be available in our catalog upon its release in April. In the meantime, check out his previous titles, Bringing Nature Home and Nature’s Best Hope.
Get free tickets through Eventbrite to receive the Zoom link. Thank you to the Friends of Mt. Pleasant Library for sponsoring this event!
Place a hold on The Nature of Oaks in the library catalog.
