Lauren Schiff, an Alexander Technique specialist who teaches at the Juilliard School of Music, will lead an online workshop designed to improve performance and personal wellbeing.
Lauren Schiff has been a full-time professor of the Alexander Technique. at The Juilliard School of Music since 1993, working with singers and instrumentalists of all levels.
In this workshop, you will learn how the Alexander Technique can improve performance, increase your comfort and joy in singing, and give you real tools to combat the aches, pains and discomforts of life as a human. It’s a “game changer” in daily life for everyone.
All levels of singers are welcome, along with interested friends and who only sing in the shower or the car.
