A self-taught artist born in Sweden, who later emigrated to the United States, Mr. Rohdin was passionate about art from the age of 6, but didn’t start painting as an artist until he was 71. For nearly 3 decades he painted prolifically, creating thousands of paintings. Undaunted by physical challenges, he created over 100 works the winter he was 93.
