Ease into Valentine’s Day weekend with story-songs and Irish tunes by Bank of Ireland. This year’s Hunter Music Series celebrates the voices of women through the lens of American roots music.
Enjoy the romantic atmosphere of Lippitt House Museum as acoustic guitar, fiddle and the lead vocals of female vocalist Peri Delorenzo fill the historic interiors with a set list selected specifically for this special concert. A wine tasting curated by Campus Fine Wines—featuring women owned wineries and vintners—will be offered before the concert. This special program starts the 2020 Hunter Music Series concert season which highlights women performers throughout the year as part of the museum’s 19th Amendment commemoration programming.
