The James F. Burgess, Jr. Memorial Concert on Sunday, October 20, at All Saints’ Memorial Church, 674 Westminster Street, Providence, RI, will feature the Rhode Island College Concert Chorus, Chamber Singers, and Women’s Chorus. A wide variety of music is planned, and selections include two madrigals by Luca Marenzio, When I Think of You by Laura Farnell, Shine On Me by Rollo Dilworth, Poem by William Averitt, Lay a garland by Robert Pearsall, The Cloths of Heaven by Eleanor Daley, Please Stay by Jake Runestad, and Somebody’s knockin’ at yo’ do’ by Rosephanye Powell. The concert will begin at 5:00 p.m. and will be just over an hour in length.  Free – donations to the James F.
