Under the dynamic and engaging leadership of Nicholas Rocha, the Bristol County Chorus is a community-focused ensemble based in Bristol, Rhode Island, that performs a broad range of classical and contemporary repertoire. As a non-auditioned ensemble, the BCC is a fantastic opportunity for singers who are simply passionate about making music with friends!
Heading into its 39th season, the BCC will be preparing for its annual festive Christmas concert at St. Mary’s Church, accompanied each year by a professional orchestra, featuring this year The Night Before Christmas, music by John Rutter, a “Bristol Christmas Sing-Along,” and other holiday favorites

We welcome interested singers to join us for an open rehearsal and informational meeting on Monday, August 26 at 7 PM at the First Congregational Church, 300 High Street, Bristol. Nominal ability to read music always helps, but a good ear and a desire to learn are more important! Members of the chorus will be provided practice CD’s and mp3 audio tracks. Rehearsals are Mondays from 7 to 9 PM at the above location. Please consider joining us for what should be an exciting season of singing!.
