IMC’s Opening Weekend at Rosecliff
The Island Moving Company’s Artistic Director Miki Ohlsen will present the premiere of new works by three choreographers: faculty member of Boston Ballet School Kevin Jenkins, Artistic Director of Ballet Brio Rodney Rivera based in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, and IMC’s recently appointed Associate Artistic Director Danielle Genest. Choreographer Thom Dancy’s piece created for 2017’s Open for Dancing will be reworked for the stage. We will also perform duets from Miki Ohlsen’s Of Beauty and Light and Shane Farrell’s Pavo Cristatus.
