Join in this important library fundraiser and ring in the season by celebrating Winter’s Eve Opening Reception, at the East Greenwich Free Library, Thursday, December 7th, 82 Peirce Street. The evening begins at 6 pm in the Library’s Howard Silverman Gallery. Enjoy delicious sweet/savory hors d’oeuvres provided by some of East Greenwich’s finest restaurants and wine from The Savory Grape.  Adding to the festive mood, there will be live music by harpist, Judith Mitchell. Plus, the entire Library will be seasonally bedecked by East Greenwich-Warwick Garden Club members. An evening highlight will be the announcement of the Juror’s Award, a solo 2018 gallery exhibit, and B&H Framing’s Honorable Mention award.

Past Winter’s Eve award winners include artists Lee Bergwall Hanks, Uli Brahmst, Marjorie Ball, Cathy Chin, Reed McLaren, and Nina Ackmann.
