The Downtown Providence Living Tour will highlight several newly restored properties along with popular buildings that were featured on previous tours. We hope you’ll join us, whether you’re interested in renting an apartment downtown or simply want to spend the day exploring our vibrant neighborhood. Everyone must check in at the registration site, AS220, 115 Empire Street, to receive wrist bands and tote bags before moving on to the tour stops at 225 Weybosset, 95 Lofts, Arcade Providence, Avalon at Center Place, G Reserve, Providence G, Regency Plaza, the Sampalis Building, the Telephone Building, and Westminster Lofts’ Peerless and Wilkinson buildings. Tour programs will include maps and suggested itineraries, guiding guests to walk or bike the route at their own pace. Free shuttle service will also be provided.
