My name is Patricia Perry. I am a professional historical interpreter, a member of the Association for Living History, Farm and Agricultural Museums and the former Chairperson for the Blackstone Valley Interpreter Network. I live in Rhode Island, am a former junior high school teacher and I'm also a bit of a history nut.

I believe that history is more than museums and old photos. It's about how real people lived. It's about what they ate and wore; how they made themselves beautiful, tried to keep healthy, who they loved and how they loved.

My programs are "edutainment". That means while you are having fun, you are also learning. All my shows are thoroughly researched and presented with an eye on accuracy but without the dust one often finds old history books.
