Women of Wisdom - Changing Course

Women of Wisdom – Changing Course focuses on supporting and encouraging women who are experiencing life's changes. We help each other through sharing our own experiences, to grow, learn, and make the changes that are right for us. Are you feeling stuck, unmotivated, and going though changes impacting home and work? Have you asked yourself, what's next for me? Changing Courses is a group designed to provide encouragement and support for women going through life changes. You will receive professional support throughout each session, as well as engagement from other group members. Together, we will learn to recognize and uncover roadblocks and barriers that prevent us from making positive movement toward our goals. Group membership is limited to six members. We meet once a week, for six weeks to experience the most positive growth.
