Our mission is to provide you with a genuine tour experience of Rhode Island’s treasured food artisans. We want to bring joy to everyone by providing a diversity of good honest culinary dishes. We believe everyone loves good food that is creative and as fresh as it can be, so we don’t pretend to be culinary experts, we leave that to our chefs. We want our locals and visitors alike to have a taste of an authentic Rhode Island experience that they will want to share with their friends and return to. It is an honor working with the local vendors, employees, and talented chefs we spotlight on our tours. We believe that it is important to support local small businesses and develop relationships with these very talented artisans and innovators. In turn our restaurant partners support local and regional farms and purveyors, buying fresh sustainable ingredients so that you can have a true farm to table experience. We are proud to be ambassadors of this independent minded state of Rhode Island and share it’s nationally recognized food, history and culture. We continually strive to represent it’s unique charm and the ingrained sense of pride and community. We strongly believe in the benefits of a thriving tourism industry and do our best to produce stimulating food tour experiences that represent Rhode Island in it’s authenticity.
