Rhode Island Latino Arts (RILA) is a local arts organization committed to supporting the cultural activities that help in the creation of bridges between Latino and non-Latino cultures. RILA is where you will find all things to do with the celebration of Latino art, culture, stories & heritage in the State of Rhode Island. RILA manages the Latino Oral History Project of RI and oversees the Hispanic Heritage Committee. We also host the RI Latino Arts Network.
