Tacos, tostadas, burritos and quesadillas featuring traditional Mexican proteins such as carnitas, pollo (chicken), carne asada (steak)and house made salsas. Chef Peter Gobin uses French cooking techniques obtained from years working in fine dining restaurants in Los Angeles. We use local products whenever available and offer specials daily ranging from sweetbreads to beef tongue to local fish.
