Over the years Sanctuary has developed into a men-only winter emergency shelter that opens each and every evening from November to the end of March – the year’s coldest months. Sanctuary can accommodate up to 28 men and provides an evening meal, laundry and mail services, a minimum of two hot showers per week, winter clothing and outerwear (as available) and personal care/hygiene products. Sanctuary welcomes all men regardless of race, religion, ethnicity or prior legal history.
