The César Chávez Scholarship Fund was established in 2004 to honor the well-known Latino and civil rights labor leader, César Chávez, by encouraging service and learn community projects among the young people of Rhode Island. We offer mini-grants and scholarships to junior high and high school students. We also offer stipends and mini-grants to students enrolled in college.
