The BAE Project

After being approved for funding from The Youth Action Fund, SafeBAE and Jeselin Marizan (Teen Activist) have begun planning a walk-a-thon to raise awareness and provide prevention education specifically for teen dating violence and sexual assault prevention. All money raised with the support from organizations such as Day One, Sojourner House, Planned Parenthood (teen leaders), the RI Coalition Against DV, Blackstone Valley, Crossroads, Progreso Lantino, Silent Witness, and the College Prevention Collaborative will be donated to SafeBAE\’s Summer Institute Program.

The summer institute sends out 20 US high school students (rising freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors) who are actively engaged in sexual violence prevention & consent education activism and want the opportunity and support to do more.
