A multi-award winning filmmaker who had received numerous film festival awards in Jamaica which includes, Northern Caribbean University Lignum Vitae Film Fest, (Best Director and Best Script 2013), Jamaica Reggae Film Festival (Audience Award 2011 and Honour Award 2010) and also a recipient of P.E.A.B.O. in Ontario A proud father of 2 beautiful children, and a fun person to be around, Kirkland resides in Smithfield, Rhode Island where he has been performing and many spoken word events, other places includes Massachusetts and New York among other places in the US.
