Our 2023 Cultural Heritage Festival and Parade is to celebrate the Portuguese Culture, Language, and History. The “Day of Portugal” is a holiday celebrated every year on June 10th in every corner of the Portuguese-speaking world.

1:30 PM: Opening of RI Day of Portugal Festivities with speaking program and Parade @ Rhode Island State House, Smith Street, Providence, Rhode Island
2:00 PM: Parade commences/departs at Smith Street State House Side with Parade Route: starting Smith Street State House Side > Canal Street > Washington Street > Kennedy Plaza > ending at Skating Rink
8:21 PM: Final Torch Procession
