Cultural Festival to celebrate the holiday, Dia de Portugal, de Camões e das Comunidades Portuguesas (Day of Portugal, preserve traditions, music, cuisine, language, and history for future generations, and promote the contribution of the Portuguese.
This event will take place at BankNewport City Center in Providence (Skating Rink) on June 11 and 12.
This event will be filled with the aroma of Portuguese traditional delicacies — such as grilled sardines, bifanas, caçoila and filhoses, and so much more — will fill the air as vendors prepare them onsite.
The parade will step-off with the Day of Portugal Parade that will begin outside of the State House, then will proceed on Smith Street towards Canal Street, ending at the Bank Newport
