Ēriks Ešenvalds is one of the most sought-after composers working today, with a busy commission schedule and performances of his music heard on every continent. He is also a popular public speaker and has been featured on TED talks.
Latvian composer Ēriks Ešenvalds will join us online to talk about his work, including “The Time Has Come,” a choral setting of excerpts from Nelson Mandela’s inaugural address. (The Providence Singers will be releasing a virtual choir video of this work later this spring.)
