"please touch" by Allison Paschke

“please touch” at AS220’s project space will be a solo exhibition of four interactive installation pieces. This will be Allison Paschke’s first exhibition in which all of the work will be directly, physically interactive. Paschke comments: “My intent is to invite people to share my materials and processes. I hope that they will enjoy the subtleties and richness of each material as well as the reflections and shadows created by their interaction with light. Central themes in my work include the ephemeral, fragility, and shifts in scale between the vast and the intimate. These ideas will also be present in the work.
