October is still a good time to plant perennials in your garden. Most nurseries have sold their stock, but the volunteers at the Botanical Center have been busy thinning the garden beds and potting plants that need a new home. Our greenhouse volunteers are thinking of the coming cool seasons and they will have houseplants to share for indoor enjoyment.
