There is an amazing ribbon of trees along the Woonasquatucket River in Downtown Providence. Come enjoy the fall foliage from a canoe or kayak! We often see great blue herons flying, herring swimming and sometimes even painted turtles sunning themselves. The Downtown Woony is stirring with wildlife. We start in downtown Providence, off South Water Street at high tide. This is a smooth, wide section of river and we will travel a light 2 miles.

Cost is $35.00/person for a solo kayak, $25.00/person for canoe paddlers and $15.00/person for canoe passengers, and $15.00/person for people providing their own boats. RSVP required.
