Open Juried International Exhibition: Boats, Surf and Beaches

Boats, surf, and beaches—whether combined or separate, active or passive, foreground or background—are intrinsic ingredients of coastal recreation for many who live in, or visit, Southern New England. Recreation along the coastline is a large part of the Ocean State’s culture; we are lured to our salty shores, its sublime surf, sandy beaches, and abundant boats. In this exhibit, artists explore the seaside landscape, revealing their personal interpretation of waterways and their companion vessels.
