The glamour kicks off at 8 p.m. with a red carpet arrival. Guests will enjoy a raw bar buffet and fine food stations from 8-10 p.m., including grilled rack of lamb, five-spice roasted chicken and grilled salmon. Dive into a fabulous dessert buffet at 10 p.m. and enjoy specialty cocktails while dancing the night away. Celebrate the New Year with a live midnight countdown and champagne toast. Pre-sale tickets are $85 through December 14, or $100 starting on December 15. Open bar for a signature sparkling cocktail as well as select beer and wine.
