Mill Open Studios 12/1 + 12/2

It has been said the Shady Lea Mill has a pulse of its own. “A fortress of Creative Solitude,” as one of our original and former glass blowers, John Bolger, so eloquently put it. The Artists of Shady Lea Mill come together each year to create from the soul (sharing life experiences in the form of glass, metals, fibers, design and fine arts) hoping to reach you and share the gift of life and creativity. Join us this year for our 21st annual Open Studios to explore handmade pottery, jewelry, blown glass, sculpture, weaving, fines arts, photography, floral design and more! Admissions are FREE to the public and encouraged to bring non-perishable food items that will be donated to the North Kingstown Food Bank in time for the Holiday Season. We appreciate your support and look forward to having you celebrate our community in action!
