Associate director Blaire Gagnon will delve into the ways Americans lit their environments from the Colonial period to the mid-19th century. She will cover candles, lamps, fuels, the invention of the incandescent light bulb and much more. Gallery talks run from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and cost $5 for non-members. Members are free.
