Frozen Clam Dip & Obstaplunge

Join MENTOR Rhode Island and Laid-back Fitness for the 7th annual Frozen Clam Dip and Obstaplunge, the world’s only New Year’s Day plunge featuring a half-mile obstacle course! Plungers can sign up for a traditional dip into Narragansett Bay ($30) or take on an American Ninja Warrior style shoreline obstacle course, suitable for all ages, before diving in ($40). Enjoy live entertainment, refuel with local food trucks and support the local community! All funds support the Rhode Island Mentoring Partnership, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to the expansion of quality mentoring services for Rhode Island youth.
