Join us for an eye-opening discussion on why you should use native plants in your garden and how to protect them in our environment.
Our guest speaker Karen Asher is a past President of the Rhode Island Wild Plant Society. She leads walks for the Society, coordinated the publication of their coloring book, “A Walk through the Seasons with RI Wild Plants,” and she has served as the chairwoman of their Seed Starters program, which grows the plants for their annual plant sale.
