Creating Joy – “Inspired by Nature,” the new show at the Artists’ Cooperative Gallery of Westerly, features calligrapher and mixed media artist Jane Rollins and stained glass artist Tom O’Connell.
April brings the first peeper’s songs, the promise of budding forsythia, and the certainty that neither nature, nor artists’ creativity, can be contained. A wide variety of work reflecting the theme by other artist members will also be on view, in mediums ranging from jewelry, painting and photography to ceramics, textiles and more.
