For this special workshop Afrobeat Fit Kemi IDream Omisore and Sean Bjerke come together to show you a blend of movements and music from Africa and House.
Kemi IDream Omisore is the Founder of Afrobeat Fit which hosts Sweat Sessions where music and movement derive from West Africa.
Sean Bjerke is a dancer, instructor, choreographer, and one of the ambassadors for the Boston House scene (RHouse Community).
