A Victorian Tea & Talk: The Laundry Basket

Come to a traditional Victorian Tea at the Governor Sprague Mansion Museum that includes an informative and entertaining presentation by historical interpreter, Patricia Perry. Ms. Perry will present a delightful talk on what would be found in early laundry baskets including corsets, crinolines, long johns and shirt fronts. On display from Cranston Historical Society’s  collection will be undergarments, linens and irons.
