A KEY TO THE DOOR.. 50 Years In: A photography exhibit of work by Angelo Marinosci, Jr. October 5-29 with a Gallery Reception October 15, 5-9pm 

At a young age, Angelo Marinosci, Jr. started taking pictures and also investing in his yearning for travel, to (as he says) ‘reach out and touch the world.’  Primarily known as a painter and a musician today, at one time Angelo was probably the best paid ‘shooter’ in the state, with lots of terrific clients, big companies, modeling agencies, governments, and folks like Honda Corps out of Tokyo, Canadian Pipeline along with newspapers like the Providence Journal and teaching photography as a Professor of Art.

This exhibit will give you a glimpse through Angelo’s lens as he travels and explores the depths and heights of landscapes across the globe.  And as a man of great passion for people, he gives the viewer a glimpse into the heart and soul of people of many lands.  From Providence, Rhode Island to Guatemala, Cuba, Italy, Europe, Asia, and Africa.  As Angelo points out, “The door to the world needed to be opened, and the camera was my key to the artwork waiting for me in the outside world.”
