Mayor Jorge O. Elorza, the Department of Art, Culture + Tourism, the Downtown Providence Parks Conservancy, the Partnership for Providence Parks and the Department of Parks & Recreation are pleased to announce the City’s 2018 Winter Lights Market and Tree Lighting will take place November 30 and December 1.
The event will feature family friendly activities, a live figure skating show, and so much more!
