150th Birthday Celebration at Roger Williams Park Zoo

Your Zoo turns 150! What started as a scattered collection of small animals has today evolved into one of our region’s foremost centers for conservation and environmental education. 2022 will be filled with special activities and fun and we hope you’ll join in the celebration starting with our 150th Birthday Celebration!

Date: Sunday, April 9th from 10am – 3pm

Enjoy $1.50 admission, special animal enrichment and keeper talks, costumed characters, live entertainment and more fun surprises!

One guest per day, for 150 days, will win a grab bag filled with commemorative goodies and other treats starting on April 1. And follow us on social media for weekly contests and ticket giveaways.
Look for an extra special Roger the Red Panda birthday photo-op when you visit the Zoo.
